The following rules apply for returns:

The customer must call Dresskids.com at (877) 313-9115 within 24 hours of receipt of the merchandise to receive a return authorization. Authorization must be received BEFORE any merchandise is returned to Dresskids.com.

Authorized returns must be shipped back within ten (10) days of receiving the return authorization.
A 10% restocking fee with be applied for any returns after the ten (10) day period.

Merchandise may be tried on but not worn. Determination of whether an article of clothing is "worn" is at the sole discretion of Dresskids.com.
If it is determined that the item has been worn, the signs of wear will be documented and the customer will be contacted, via phone or email, advising the customer that their refund has been declined.
Incomplete or damaged returns will be declined.

Defective merchandise. If the merchandise received is defective, the customer must call Dresskids.com within 24 hours of receipt of the merchandise to receive a replacement.

Special Orders are not returnable.

Orders returned that do not adhere to our return policy may be declined at the sole discretion of Dresskids.com.

Returns via USPS Priority mail should NOT be shipped Signature Required. This may delay processing of the return and refund.

Cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. Exceptions include merchandise returned due to defect.

Refunds will be issued within three (3) business days of receipt of the article from the customer. Issuance of the credit to the customer?s credit card statement may vary for each credit card company.
