No Refunds – Store Credit Only
Once a purchase is made you may exchange the item(s) for another size, another style, or a store credit. This credit does not expire.

If you need to exchange an item that is out of stock of or has been discontinued, you must either choose a different style or receive a store credit. No refunds will be given on out of stock exchanges.

Order Cancellations
Orders can only be canceled for a refund BEFORE the order has been shipped from our warehouse. Most orders ship the next business day. Please call us BEFORE 3 PM EST to cancel your order. No refunds will be given once the order has shipped.

An order placed Monday will usually ship Tuesday.
An order placed Friday will ship on Monday.

Clearance Items
ALL SALES ARE FINAL. No Refunds. No Exchanges. No Credits.
Clearance items have reached their end of life as a product and are discounted.

7-Day Review Period
A 7-day review period is provided to all of our customers with every purchase. The review period starts on the day your item(s) are delivered and allows time to inspect and try on all garments. All returns and exchanges must be post-marked by the 7th day of the review period. A 20% restocking fee will be assessed to all exchanges that are not postmarked by the 7th day of the review period. No exchanges or credits will be accepted after 30 days.

Note: Items do not have to be shipped backed to us overnight. However, items should be post-marked by 7th day of the review period.

Restocking Fee
A restocking fee will be assessed to all exchanges that are not postmarked by the 7th day of the review period. The review period starts on the day your item(s) are delivered and allows time to inspect and try on all garments. If you exceed the 7-day review period, you will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. No exchanges or credits will be accepted after 30 days.

Wrong Size
If you purchased the wrong size and need to exchange it for another size, the return shipping expense to our warehouse will be your responsibility. Once we receive your items we will ship the correct size back to you at no additional cost. All exchanges must be received within 30 days of your purchase. The free return shipping back to you is limited one time per customer and only applies to U.S. domestic orders. A 20% restocking fee will be assessed to all exchanges that are not postmarked by the 7th day of the review period.

If DressKids.com has made an error and shipped the wrong size other than what your order states, please notify us immediately. We will ship the correct size and provide you with a return shipping label at no charge.

If you need to exchange an item that we are out of stock of or has been discontinued, you must either choose a different style or receive a store credit. No refunds will be giving on out of stock exchanges.

Damaged, Defective or Shipping Errors
Our dresses are hand-made and may contain minor variances in color, and imperfections in the fabric or trims. DressKids.com does not recognize these variances in determining what constitutes a defective item. Slight imperfections in the natural fibers and/ or processing may occur and we do not feel they are a reflection on the quality of the garment. 

We will exchange any of our products that are damaged in shipping, shown to have factory defects, or any item that has been shipped incorrectly. Exchanges will not be given on items that have been used or damaged due to customer misuse or neglect.

In the event of receiving damaged, defective, or an incorrect item, you must notify us immediately. We will replace the item you received with the item originally ordered along with a return shipping label at no charge.

If the incorrect, damaged, or defective item is not received at our warehouse within 7 days of receiving the return label you will be charged for the items.

No RMA Number Needed (Return Merchandise Authorization)
The request for an exchange does not require you to call us for a RMA number (Return Merchandise Authorization number). Simply print and complete our exchange form and your request will be handled in a timely manner.

Return Requirements
All returns must meet the following requirements:

The item(s) include all original parts, plastic covering, tags, and hanger.
The item(s) have not been altered, worn, stained, or damaged.
The item(s) are free of animal hair, smoke, perfume or other damaging odors.
The item(s) are being exchanged within 30 days of purchase.
 
If your returned items do not meet our requirements we will return the item back to you at your expense. A list of the unfulfilled requirements will be documented in a brief written explanation from our management.
